Akhil Reddy is a passionate builder who is committed to using technology to change the world. With over 10 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of success in the tech industry. He is currently the Founder In Residence at launch house, where he is part of the May NYC Founders Cohort. Previously, Akhil served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Thera, a startup that is building the de facto platform for remote startups to manage their workforce. Thera is changing the game by providing an All-In-One HR platform for companies to hire, pay and support their remote teams. During his time at Thera, Akhil was part of the Y Combinator S22 cohort, where he gained valuable insights into the startup ecosystem. Akhil's passion for technology started at a young age, and he has been writing code since middle school. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and has also completed an Exchange Program at the University of Manchester. Apart from his professional achievements, Akhil is a well-traveled individual who has visited 26 countries. He enjoys meeting new people and discussing social change.
